HOVERING TRAILS
Elevated footpath solution for your tourist destination in nature, choosing preservation over disruption with Hovering Trails.
MINIMIZING CONTACT POINTS WITH THE GROUND
We offer modular aluminum footpaths with minimal ground disturbance to protect sensitive nature. Using our proprietary HT base™ foundation built on the “screw and attach” method we can ensure quick and cost-effective assembly with minimal environmental impact during and after installation.
By placing the ecosystem first, we create footpaths that allow water to flow and living organisms to move freely, ensuring that the natural biodiversity of the areas can thrive.
The footpath system is made out of extremely robust aluminum modules that can easily be adjusted to uneven ground, whether you have a tourist destination in a geothermal area, wetland, lava field or sensitive archaeological sites. The aim is to minimize investment or maintenance cost while still providing diverse options.

EXPERIENCE NATURE ALL YEAR AROUND
And immerse yourself in unique landscape all year around on Hovering Trails, while effectively leaving no damage to unique ecosystems we all strive to preserve and protect.
Hovering Trails is a unique, innovative path system that allows disabled people to access natural sites like Hveradalir. Its flat, anti-slip surface ensures extra safety. The 1.5m wide paths accommodate wheelchairs, and the 3m wide observation platforms provide space to turn, meet, and enjoy the surroundings. The design was well-received by representatives from disabled associations.
